The German Knight is a favorite for club players and used more than any other set in tournaments. The king is 3.9" tall and has a base diameter of 1.7". The pieces are nicely weighted for exceptional stability on the chess board and we include 2 extra queens for pawn promotion.

The Easy-Carry Chess Bag is a practical solution for holding, storing, and carrying a set of pieces and rollup chess board.Made from heavy canvas its durable and will last for years of frequent use. The bag measures 11.5" x 11.5" and is capable of holding a regulation size set of pieces and spare queens. It has a zipper on top to keep the bag closed and a handle to make it easy to carry. A sleeve on the bottom opens up to hold a rollup chess board in place. The chess board is made from a pliable vinyl with a cloth backing that will withstand the rigors of travel and frequent play. The board has alphanumeric notation on the sides to assist recording moves.
