The chess board has 2 squares with an overall size of 19, an ideal size for casual games at home. Pieces have thick green baize pads for a soft feel on the chess board and are heavily weighted for stability. The ebonized boxwood pieces are jet black polished to a jet black shine replicating real ebony. We include 2 extra queens for pawn promotion.

The black and golden color of the natural ash burl are enhanced by the high gloss, glass-like finish creating an elegant backdrop for the ebonized and boxwood chess pieces. A pinstripe delimiter around the squares and an extra-wide frame adds an elegant look to the board.The squares are 2" with the chess board measuring 19.5" x 19.5.
